Maa Durga Sarvoday Mahavidyalaya arwal sultanpur was established in 2011. It is run by Maa Durga Sarvoday Mahavidyalaya Sansthan, Arwal Sultanpur. 
The Academic process are run by Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Avadh University Ayodhya. It provides better facilities and separate department for the science and art students.
